During the pandemic, our Founder, Bianca Ward, was working as a HR Manager for a fast-growing mid-market financial services company.
Witnessing the massive shift in expectations being placed on leaders and employees alike, she realised that the traditional approach to HR wasn’t going to help companies pivot and adapt quickly to the significant changes ahead.
