WHERE IT STARTED
EmployeeXP was founded during the pandemic, when our Founder, Bianca Ward, was working as an HR Manager within a fast-growing mid-market financial services business.
As expectations on leaders and employees shifted almost overnight, it became clear that traditional HR models weren’t designed to help businesses adapt quickly or sustainably.
