WHERE IT STARTED
EmployeeXP was founded during the pandemic, when our Founder, Bianca Ward, was working as an HR Manager within a fast-growing mid-market financial services business.
As expectations on leaders and employees shifted almost overnight, it became clear that traditional HR models weren’t designed to help businesses adapt quickly or sustainably.
Founders and CEOs would soon need more strategic, flexible HR advice — not just to remain compliant, but to scale, attract and retain great people in a very different world of work.
